Terrace Version 2 (or simply Terrace) is made by escalatorgeek881.
Here is a brief history of Terrace.
- This is the historic part of Terrace, which is a suburb of Andersville (fictitious).
- Many of the buildings and streetscaping was redone, making this area look modern.
- The buildings located in this area are the TV Tower, Capitol Tower (now Fiction Center), Terrace Border, Southwest Andersville Public Library, Gateway Building (newer)... Marriott Terrace Hotel, etc.
- The buildings are all connected by the Terrace Connection (mall and recreation).

Terrace
TV Tower
- The TV Tower(Full Name is Television Tower) was the news station and offices for ANBC (Andersville Broadcasting Company) until they moved downtown into the top floors of One Mantis Center in 1992.
- From then until 2004, the TV Tower was vacant and the upper floors of the parking garage were closed. The lower floors were sold to the library next door.
- The 3rd floor of the TV Tower was opened to the public as a lounge, and the TV Tower elevators were shut down.
- During this period, Terrace was in financial struggle, because most of its office Tenants were moving to Andersville.
- In 2004, after the tough times, Terrace began sprawling like madness.
- It is unknown what has caused this, but research says that since more and more companies are fighting to get space in Andersville, more are realizing that there is space in the subrbs.
- The TV Tower was leased to many companies, by 2008, it was completely full.
- It has 7 Otis elevators (6 passenger, 1 service).
Capitol Tower
- The Capitol Tower used to be a government building, until the goverment moved its regional offices to Andersville.
- It was then bought by Capitol Properties Inc. in 1974, and was their Northeast Headquarters, until 1990 when they moved to a larger building in Uptown Andersville.
- They then bought it back in 2006, renovated it, and leased it to office tenants.
- It was full within 10 days after they made it available for lease.
- It has 7 Otis elevators (6 passenger, 1 service).
Parking Garage
- It was the Parking for TV station but now it's public parking.
- It has 2 Otis elevators.
Terrace Border
- In 2005, Terrace Border was built.
- It has 23 Otis elevators (19 passenger, 4 service)
Other Buildings
- In 2005, Vanity Plaza was renovated and reopened.
- In 2006, Two Mattenham Square, Three Mattenham Square, and Four Mattenham Square were built.
