This is the list of all Simple Building variations.
Simple - 500 Floors
- This variation has 500 floors (Not include the roof). The elevator is very fast!
Simple - All Glass Doors - No Shaft
- The elevator has a glass door and no elevator and shaft walls.
Simple - Basements
- This variation has 3 floors above ground and 21 basements. The elevator only stop at ground floor and all basement levels except the lowest one.
Simple - Glass Elevator
- This variation has 20 Floors with an express zone and glass elevator.
Simple - Multiple Doors
- Same as the original version but the elevator has 2 doors. The front door opens to all floors and the rear door opens to floors 5-10.
Simple - Old Elevator
- Same as the original version but no elevator door, both outside and inside.
Simple - Split Level
- Floor 2 is split level from floor 1. Floors 3 and above is normal. No stairwell.
Simple - Tall
- Has 100 floors (Not include the roof) with a caged elevator.

- Has 3 floors (Not include the roof).

Medical Office Building
- Has 2 floors (Not include the roof).
Simple - Lohdijk (mod)
- Has 10 floors (Roof not included)
- Lohdijk is a Dutch elevator company, which mainly makes elevators for train stations.

Simple - Axiom (mod)
- Has 10 floors (Roof not included)
- Axiom was a small local Dutch elevator company, located in Castricum, which mostly made elevators in the province Noord - Holland.

Gen5 Office Tower
- Has 14 floors (Roof included) and 1 basement.
- Gen5 is a fictional fixture line made by Kan Wuthithepbuncha. Its full name is Otis Gen5.
- It was named Simple - Gen5 but Kan changed the name to Gen5 Office Tower due to it looks more like an office building.
