One Adelaide Center is a 47-story 678 foot skyscraper in Downtown Bay City. It was designed by architect William Andrews, who also designed the Citycenter Hearst Tower, Citycenter Metropolis Tower, Bay City Hospital, and several other upcoming projects that will expand upon the Bay City skyline. It is mainly occupied by Bank of America but several other companies occupy some of the 44 stories of office space available. There is also a restaurant on the top floor that you can have a meal at for a fee.
